Sandstone Care’s Boulder rehab center offers a continuum of care for teens and young adults struggling with substance use, addiction, and mental health needs in an outpatient setting. Our programs include extended residential, day treatment, intensive outpatient treatment, after school recovery and sober living.

The center is conveniently located off Highway 36 in Interlocken providing easy access to Boulder, CO, and the North Denver area.
