Program
Youth Resiliency Institute
Baltimore, Maryland, US
The Youth Resiliency Institute seeks to create a critical mass of individuals, more specifically, children and youth in Baltimore City, who are self-actualized in ways that allow them to stimulate productive, healthy, authentic lives in thriving communities.
Through a creative, arts-based, culturally rich rites of passage process, YRI offers mentoring, training and an array of human and character development services to children, youth and adults with the aim of creating civically engaged, cross-generational teams of community-based advocates and leaders who work toward forming healthier, safer and stronger communities in Baltimore City.
The Youth Resiliency Institute admits children and youth of all ethnic and cultural backgrounds, with an emphasis on Black children and youth.
We do this by providing an array of services to organizations and groups. These services are fee-based and are provided on a contract basis. Services are available individually or as a package.
